Karen F. has a strong background in Human Resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Egan-Jones Ratings since May 2023, Karen previously held significant positions, including Head of Employee Relations and Director of the HRG SEA team at Samsung Electronics America from December 2021 to August 2022, as well as Vice President of Human Resources Employee Relations at CIT Bank from July 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, Karen contributed as Vice President of Human Resources (Business Partner) at CIT from June 2014 to July 2018 and was involved in marketing and HR functions at CIT from September 2000 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Colby-Sawyer College and completion of HR Leadership Programs at both the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and Harvard Business School.
