Juliana de Campos Zem is a skilled professional with a background in student support and research and development in the electrical engineering field. Currently serving as a Student Support Advisor at Egali Intercâmbio since November 2022, Juliana excels in providing customer service to international students, facilitating their transition to Australia, and managing student documentation. Previously, Juliana worked at Electrolux in various roles, including R&D Lab Food Preparation Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting safety and performance tests on electrical products, developing and validating new products, and participating in product telemetry projects. Juliana also interned in quality engineering and laboratory food preparation, gaining experience in product certification and technological research. Juliana holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana, completed in 2020.
