Tom Devlin has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the product development and manufacturing industry. Tom is currently the Chief Technology Officer and founder of Egal Pads, Inc, a company that manufactures pads on a roll for public restrooms. Previously, Tom was the President of Devlin Design, where they provided full-service product development and manufacturing consulting for clients such as Gillette and Oral-B. Tom also held the position of Partner at FormalightingUS and served as the President and Founder of Loto Lighting, a company that developed motorized light fixtures. Additionally, Tom has worked as the Director of Design at Sensory Cloud and as the Founder and Production Manager at BruxCare. Tom founded New Vector Products and served as the Product Design Manager at Product Genesis, where they managed a team that designed and built a 3D printer.

Tom Devlin attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at the Royal College of Art, graduating in 1989 with a Master of Design degree in Industrial Design Engineering. During the same period, they also completed a Diploma of Imperial College in Engineering Design at Imperial College London.
