Grant Flannigan is an experienced Development Director currently at EG Funds Management since 2014, where focus is on disciplined, data-driven investment management and development with over AU$5.1 billion in assets under management. Previously, Grant served as Development Director at Frasers Property Australia (2013-2014) and Macquarie Group (2008-2013). Prior roles include Development Manager at Stockland (2004-2008) and Sterling Estates Development Corporation (2001-2004), along with Project Manager at APP Corporation Pty Ltd (1999-2001). Grant holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Sydney, completed between 1985 and 1988.
