Dominika Gawryjolek's work experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Country Lead Poland at EG A/S since March 2021. Dominika also worked as a Coach at Coachingstudio since March 2022. Previously, Dominika held the position of Head of HR and Recruitment at EPICO-IT A/S from January 2018 to March 2021, where they led HR processes, administration, recruitment, and team management. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ingram Micro in 2017, supporting the company during an organizational change. Dominika also served as an HR Manager for Eastern Europe at Travelport from December 2015 to February 2017, and as an HR Business Partner at Samsung Electronics from January 2012 to December 2015, where they played a crucial role in developing the HR Business Partner role and promoting cultural alignment within international teams. Dominika started their career as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Elan IT (now part of Experis) from June 2008 to December 2012, gaining experience in IT project recruitment and acquiring knowledge of Scandinavian culture.
