Sylvia Liuti currently serves as the Italian National Board Coordinator at EfVET, a position held since January 2021. With extensive experience in gender issues and human resource management, Sylvia is a former Vice President and current member of the Steering Committee at AIDP Umbria, representing the organization in the National Diversity Working Group. As a co-founder and owner of FORMA.Azione srl, Sylvia specializes in quality assurance and gender equality within European projects, focusing on lifelong learning, active citizenship, and gender culture. Additionally, Sylvia holds the presidency of Trust us, a cultural and social association dedicated to empowering youth and marginalized individuals. Previous roles include significant contributions to gender policies in the labor market with Centro Studi Progetto Donna and designing vocational training courses with Pass Work srl. Sylvia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Perugia and an Executive Master in Gender Policies from Profingest.
