Susana Nogueira currently serves as a Policy and Project Officer at EfVET since May 2022. Prior to this role, Susana Nogueira worked as a Project Manager at the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF) from March 2019 to April 2022, overseeing Erasmus+ funded projects focused on education and training in the Defence sector and welding technologies. Susana Nogueira has also held positions as a trainer at Fundação da Juventude, providing youth volunteering training, and managed transnational projects at ANESPO. Additionally, Susana Nogueira has experience in psychological support for victims of bullying and has contributed to training initiatives in gender equality at APAV. Susana Nogueira's academic background includes a degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusófona, complemented by various professional training certifications.
