Asad Ali is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in research and analysis within the investment sector. Currently serving as the Head of Research at EFU Life Assurance Ltd., Asad previously held senior roles at prominent firms including JS Investments and KASB Securities, focusing on sectors such as Oil and Gas Exploration, Automobile Assemblers, Chemicals, and Consumer Discretionary on the Pakistan Stock Exchange. Asad's career includes managing in-house equity research on over 100 listed companies, employing diverse methodologies such as DCF, DDM, and comparative multiples. Asad holds an MBA and a BBA in Banking, Corporate & Finance from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and has completed Level I of the CFA Program.
