Craig Simpson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in competition law and EU regulatory matters, currently serving as a Partner at Keller and Heckman LLP since June 2023. Simpson has held key positions at the EFTA Surveillance Authority, including Hearing Officer in competition proceedings and Senior Legal Officer in the Internal Market Affairs Directorate focused on Food Safety, since June 2017. Previously, Simpson was Of Counsel at Steptoe & Johnson LLP from October 2003 to May 2017, advising multinational companies and trade associations on EU regulatory compliance in the life sciences sector. Earlier in the career, Simpson practiced as an Attorney at Hogan Lovells from January 2001 to September 2003. Educational background includes a Master's degree in European Political Studies from the College of Europe and a Bachelor of Laws with Upper Second Class Honours from UCL.
