Duško Tovilović is an experienced electrical power engineer currently serving as the leading engineer for high voltage switchgears at the Energy Financing Team for the Coal mine and Thermal Power Plant Stanari since June 2010. Tovilović is responsible for the operation and maintenance of electric power plants and has supervised the construction and commissioning of a 405 kWp photovoltaic plant. Previously, Tovilović worked as an electrical power engineer in the construction of the thermal power plant, managing the operation of various electric power facilities and supervising the design and commissioning of the 300 MW TPP Stanari. Prior to that, Tovilović held multiple engineering roles at ELNOS BL in Banjaluka, contributing to various projects involving measurements, testing, and installation of optical ground wire (OPGW) on high voltage transmission lines across Montenegro and Macedonia. Tovilović's academic background includes ongoing PhD studies in electrical power systems at the University of Belgrade, alongside a diploma in electrical power engineering from the University of Banjaluka and earlier education as an electrician of electric drives.
