Shailesh Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management across various sectors including telecom, retail, and IT. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations at EFS Facilities Services Group since August 2018, Shailesh oversees operations for North and East India, managing large teams and key client accounts. Prior roles include AGM of Operations at Compass Group, overseeing integrated facility management for a major IT client, and AGM of Engineering at ISS Facility Services India, where responsibilities included operations leadership and engineering expertise. Shailesh's earlier experience features significant positions at Barclays, UTStarcom, and as an entrepreneur at Uniware. Shailesh holds a PGDM in Business Administration from the Institute of Management Technology and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Krishi Evam Praudyogik Vishwavidyalaya.
