Serge Passolunghi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation management, and engineering. Currently serving as a Mentor enseignant at EFREI and ESILV, and holding the position of Consultant spécialiste at Connection Leadership, Serge also acts as President of SPITCO. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where Serge was instrumental in deploying an Open Innovation mindset and managing global innovation labs. With a strong background in engineering and technology from previous roles at Renault and the French Ministry of Education, alongside academic credentials from ENS Paris-Saclay and Mines Paris - PSL, Serge combines educational leadership with practical industry experience.
