Bengt-Eric Skoglund serves as the CEO of Efore since September 2021. Previously, Bengt-Eric held various positions at Cytiva and Ericsson, including Manager of Electronics and Optics, Head of Energy Systems, R&D Manager for Digital Systems, Project Manager for Digital Platforms, and Key Account Manager. In earlier roles, Bengt-Eric was a Field Application Engineer, Electronic Designer, and Market Manager of Japan at Ericsson Powermodules AB from 1995 to 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Linköping University and a Gymnasieexamen in Electronics from Polhem i Gävle. Bengt-Eric completed the BNET Leadership program in 2009.
