Leon Redman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Strategy Manager at eflow Global since July 2019, after previously holding positions as Operations Manager and Model Analyst/Developer. Additionally, Leon Redman contributes to the Henley Rowing Club as the Head Junior Coach and has been the Junior Women's Rowing Head Coach since August 2017, managing a team of over 15 coaches and coaching more than 100 girls in a volunteer capacity. Leon Redman holds degrees in Sport and Exercise Science and Sports Studies from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a B-Tech in Sports and Exercise from The Henley College.
