Janak Lakshan is a seasoned financial compliance professional with extensive experience in assurance and financial management. Currently serving as Manager of Assurance and Financial Compliance at EFL since July 2022, Janak previously held roles at Dart Global Logistics and PwC Sri Lanka, where responsibilities included conducting financial and operational audits, resource management, and project oversight. Janak began the career at KPMG Sri Lanka as a Trainee Associate in Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Purchasing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Bedfordshire, an MBA from the same institution, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Accounting from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
