Rana Hijazi began their work experience in 2019 as Chief Copywriter at IDAMARIS & Co. Rana then assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in November 2020. In March 2021, Rana started working as a Book Ghostwriter and Developmental Editor. In December 2022, they transitioned to the position of Project Manager at Efir Media.

Rana Hijazi completed their Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh between 2015 and 2020. Prior to that, they attended Kampala International School Uganda from 2013 to 2015, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. In addition to their formal education, Rana obtained several certifications, including MalariaX: Defeating Malaria from the Genes to the Globe from HarvardX in June 2019, Youth Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Behavioral Health in June 2019, and CPR & AED from the American Red Cross in May 2019.
