Lisa Shah has extensive experience in customer success management, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and previously as a Client Success Specialist at eFinancialCareers since July 2015. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Trinity Mirror plc from May 2012 to July 2015 as a Digital Customer Services Executive for the online job board Fish4jobs, where responsibilities included handling client account queries and managing site inventory to enhance advertisement traffic. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from the University of Sussex, obtained from 2006 to 2009.
