Tyler Fish, MBA, has extensive experience in customer success and sales management within the legal and technology sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager and previously as Senior Lead Generation Manager at eFileCabinet since March 2015, Tyler specializes in document management solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this role, Tyler dedicated three years to family commitments while two daughters underwent successful bone marrow transplants. Tyler's career began in the legal support industry as Managing Partner at Orange Legal Technologies-Provo, contributing to the establishment of services in Utah. Previous positions include Sales Manager at IKON Legal Document Services, where notable achievements included significant revenue growth and client relationship rebuilding, and District Manager at MyComfort, LLC, successfully managing multiple retail locations. Tyler holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Utah.
