Risto Varetsalo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product organization and technical support. Currently serving as a Product Organization Coach at Eficode since January 2022, Risto previously held the same position at Contribyte, which is now part of Eficode, from February 2017 to February 2022. Risto's tenure at Ericsson from February 2005 to June 2015 included roles as Product Owner for the Media Resource System and Senior Services Engineer, focusing on backlog management, stakeholder communication, and customer support for mobile solutions. Earlier experience as a Technical Specialist at TDC Song involved service delivery for corporate clients and VoIP maintenance. Risto holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, earned between 2000 and 2004.
