Tom Rubadue currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management and Legal and Compliance at EFG Companies, where responsibilities include managing products and overseeing the Legal and Compliance division to ensure profitability for auto and powersports dealers, lenders, manufacturers, and agents. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Executive/EVP at Affinity Enterprise Group, contributing to the management of over 60 companies in the Real Estate Investment Market. As President/Director at ATIP, LLC / KSK, LLC, Tom established a start-up that focused on innovative product lines across various markets. Tom's extensive experience also includes various roles at First American Financial Corporation, where Tom managed multiple products and projects across industries such as mortgage, software development, and insurance. Tom holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a BA from Michigan State University, and completed Executive Training at Princeton University.
