Lee McManus has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Lee started their career at Britannia Building Society as a Compliance Sales Quality Analyst. Lee then worked at Lehman Brothers as a Regional Sales Manager, where they managed a sales team and focused on driving business growth. After that, they held various roles at Advantage (Morgan Stanley), 3D Financial Ltd, and the Financial Ombudsman Service. At Deloitte, they worked as a Compliance Consultant. Lee later joined Coutts as an Associate Director, Training and Competence, and then moved to EFG Private Bank as a Training and Competence Supervisor. Currently, they are employed at EFG Bank, where they have been a Business Development Manager and is now the Head of Business Development.
Lee McManus has a diverse education history spanning several years. In 1997 to 1999, they attended Staffordshire University where they obtained an HNC in Business with a focus on Business Studies.
In 2001, Lee McManus studied at CII and completed the Financial Planning Certificate 1, 2, and 3.
In 2004, they attended IFS and obtained a CeMAP degree.
In 2008, Lee pursued further studies at IFS and obtained a CeRER degree.
From 2010 to 2011, they attended Manchester University and the International Compliance Association, where they earned a Diploma in Compliance with a focus on UK Regulatory Financial Compliance.
Finally, in 2012, they attended CISI and completed the Private Client Investment Advice and Management (PCIAM) degree, specializing in Investment Management.
