Jérôme Amir has work experience as a Recruiting Apprenticeship at iET SA from August 2010 to August 2013. Jérôme then worked at EffRx Pharmaceuticals SA, starting as an Accountant in November 2014 and later becoming the Head of Accounting in August 2016. The end dates for their roles at EffRx Pharmaceuticals SA are not provided.

Jérôme Amir has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in International Business from the HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration in Zurich. Jérôme obtained this degree from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they attended KV Zürich Business School and obtained a Swiss Vocational Baccalaureate for commercial professions. From 2010 to 2013, they also attended KV Zürich Business School and obtained a federally recognized certificate of competence for commercial professionals.

In addition to their formal education, Jérôme has obtained several certifications. In December 2016, they became a Certified Project Management Associate at the IPMA Level D, which was awarded by the VZPM - Association for the certification for persons in management. Jérôme also has a First Certificate of English from Cambridge English Language Assessment, obtained in April 2014, and a Business English Certificate with distinction, obtained in April 2013, from the same institution.
