Pedro Barroso is an experienced Director at Efficio, where since September 2017, leadership has been provided on numerous complex procurement transformations in the infrastructure and utilities sectors across the UK and Spain. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Business Transformation and Head of Procurement at Amey, managing large-scale initiatives and designing target operating models. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant and Consultant positions at Efficio and Deloitte Consulting, focusing on strategy formulation and business transformation. Pedro holds an MBA from IE Business School and multiple degrees in Economics from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and KU Leuven.
