Dmitry Kharin's work experience began in 2007 as a Headhunter at Huxley Associates in Russia & CIS. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Business Development professional at Business Monitor International. Dmitry then joined CEB in 2011, where they initially served as an Associate Director in the Finance & Strategy Practice, working with CFOs, Heads of FP&A, and other finance professionals on finance transformation projects. Dmitry later became a Business Development Manager for CEB Procurement from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, Dmitry joined Efficio as its first dedicated Business Development hire. At Efficio, they worked with various clients, including fintech companies, global banks, and utility companies, to deliver EBITDA and revenue growth through procurement, technology deployment, and building procurement functions. Additionally, they played a role in developing Efficio's BD and Marketing approach, helping to grow the function into a global professionalized team.

Dmitry Kharin completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies (Spanish Pathway) from King's College London. Dmitry attended the institution from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in European Business at ESCP Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2009.
