Jack Willis is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in support engineering and systems analysis. Currently serving as a Service Support Engineer at EfficientIP since July 2015, Jack provides DDI support for SOLIDserver appliances and VMware, along with customer assistance through various channels, while also creating training materials and maintaining a test lab. Prior roles include System Engineer at VARtek Services, Systems Test Engineer with Unisys, and contract work at Comcast. Jack's earlier experience encompasses technical support for Honeywell products, 2nd level network analysis at Unisys, and technical management at Voicenet. Jack holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Strayer University and a foundational education from Riverside Military Academy.
