Lisa Welly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both coaching and administrative roles. As the Buyer/Production Administrator at Efficient Machine Products Corp. since September 2015, Lisa has been instrumental in procurement and production management. In addition to this role, Lisa is the OWNER/CEO of LifeCoachLisa, a business established in June 2011, specializing in career, communications, and relationship coaching. Prior experience includes serving as a Team Leader for Citizens For Community Values Action during a presidential campaign, where oversight of 80 employees and organization of campaigning efforts were key responsibilities. Lisa also held the position of Executive Director at Hannah's Home, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young, single pregnant women. Lisa holds a Coaching Certification from Coach Training Alliance and completed high school at Willoughby South High School.
