Colleen Kuruluk is a seasoned executive in the field of energy efficiency and sustainable building, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Efficiency Manitoba since January 2019. With a strong commitment to enhancing energy efficiency across various customer segments in Manitoba, Colleen also holds a position as an Alternate Chair on the Standing Committee on Energy Efficiency at the Canadian Commission on Building and Fire Codes. Previous roles include Manager of Power Smart Marketing Programs at Manitoba Hydro, as well as leadership positions at Sustainable Building Manitoba and the Building Standards Board of Manitoba. Colleen's extensive experience also encompasses a significant tenure as Director of Marketing for the Canada Green Building Council - Manitoba Chapter. Colleen graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Marketing and Finance from the University of Manitoba.
