Greg Valmas has extensive experience in operations management, beginning with the role of District Business Sales Manager at CompUSA from September 2005 to January 2008, where responsibilities included managing profitability, payroll, and employee development. Following this, Greg served as Co Store Manager at Walmart from January 2008 to September 2012, focusing on store operations and enhancing customer experience. At The TJX Companies, Inc. from October 2012 to January 2017, Greg held the position of General Manager, overseeing operational efficiency. Currently, since March 2017, Greg has been with Effex Management Solutions, progressing through roles as Program Manager, Senior Program Manager, and presently serving as Area Operations Manager. Academically, Greg Valmas holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Towson University.
