Charmaine Tudahl is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management, office operations, and security clearance processes. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Effectual since March 2021, Charmaine previously held significant roles at Rackspace as Office Manager and HR Services SME, where responsibilities included managing HRIS and ServiceNow systems, as well as overseeing security clearance management for government clients. Prior to Rackspace, Charmaine worked at Datapipe and Layered Technologies in various HR and office management capacities, developing expertise in employee benefits, payroll administration, and vendor relations. Early career experience includes positions at John Hancock and as an HR Assistant at the Center for Research in Electro Optics and Lasers. Charmaine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Art with a focus on Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida.
