Merel Struijk - Wijnands has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 15 years. Merel began their career as a Front Office Trainee at Monte Carlo SBM - Société des Bains de Mer in 2006. Merel then worked as a Management Trainee at WeekendAway.com in 2009 and as a Sales Executive for France & Belgium at Hoteliers.com from 2010 to 2013.

In 2013, Merel joined Effectory as a Senior Project Manager, where they demonstrated their strong project management skills. Merel later transitioned into the role of HR Project Manager, overseeing various HR projects from 2017 to 2018.

Merel then joined Philips in 2018 as a Global Learning Delivery Specialist. In this role, they focused on both the content and delivery operations of learning programs, contributing to the professional and personal growth of over 76,000 employees across all divisions of Philips.

In 2020, Merel worked as a Consultant at HumanFocus, where they helped create inspiring work environments and empowered employees to achieve greatness. Merel also served as a Customer Success Manager at Toucan Toco from 2020 to 2021.

Currently, Merel is working as a Product Enablement professional at Effectory, starting from November 2021. Their extensive experience in project management, learning delivery, customer success, and consulting make their a valuable asset to any organization they work with.

Merel Struijk - Wijnands obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Hotelschool The Hague, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate at the American School of Paris, from 2003 to 2005. Later, Merel pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration - Strategy & Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2010 and 2012, earning their Master of Science (MSc).
