Lisette Pieke has a diverse work experience. Lisette started their career at Infinitas Asset Management in 2011 as a Communication Process Analyst, where they focused on improving the communication process for increased efficiency. In 2012, they interned at Sanofi Genzyme, working as a Business Process Analyst. Lisette'srole involved analyzing policies and business processes to create a unified HR platform for the company. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at ALTEK farms as a Business Consultant. Lisette joined Effectory in 2017 as a Business & Change Consultant, responsible for implementing and managing listening platforms for employee engagement. Lisette currently holds the position of Revenue Operations Officer at Effectory, where they oversee strategic projects and revenue generation. Additionally, they are an active member of the Works Council at Effectory.

Lisette Pieke attended the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Technical Business Administration. Lisette obtained additional certifications in Change Management from YEARTH Academy in October 2020 and Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design in December 2021.
