Maxim Lukoshka is an experienced Project Manager and .NET Developer with a background in high-performance distributed systems. Currently serving as a Project Manager at EffectiveSoft since February 2023, Maxim previously held a .NET Developer role at FxPro for a brief period in late 2022. Prior to that, Maxim was a .NET Lead at EffectiveSoft Corporation from March 2018 to September 2022, where responsibilities included developing large-scale real-time systems. Earlier in the career, Maxim worked as a .NET Developer at FP TRADE and as a C++ Developer at OmegaSoftware. Maxim earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Belarusian State University, attending from 2014 to 2018, following studies at BSU Lyceum from 2012 to 2014.
