Samantha Skirka is an experienced professional in the mental health and social services sector, currently serving as Lead Clinician at Effective School Solutions since May 2021. Prior to this role, Samantha held the position of Case Management Coordinator at Aetna from March 2019 to May 2021 and served as Director of Social Services at Monroe Adult Day Care from March 2016 to March 2019. Additional experience includes positions as a Technician/Receptionist at Cranbury Heart & Lung Associates, social work internships at the NJ State Home for Boys and Springpoint Senior Living, and internship roles at CSF/Buxmont Academy. Samantha holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University and two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Human Services and the other in Philosophy, from Gwynedd Mercy University.
