Frank Lecklikner has a diverse work experience in the field of social work. Frank began their career in 1999, serving in the United States Navy until 2004. Following this, they joined The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where they worked as a clinical behavioral specialist and later as a lead clinical behavioral specialist from 2004 to 2014. In 2014, they joined AtlantiCare as a mental health clinician, providing therapy services. Since 2015, Frank has been working at Effective School Solutions, where they have held multiple roles including program coordinator, regional director, and currently serves as the director of program development/behavioral support services. In these positions, they have been responsible for overseeing operations, providing therapy services, managing a caseload of students, collaborating with school officials, and conducting trainings and meetings. Frank Lecklikner holds a Master of Social Work degree and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Frank Lecklikner earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Salisbury University, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work (M.S.W.) at Rutgers University, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. In addition to their educational background, Frank Lecklikner obtained the LCSW certification from the State of New Jersey in May 2013.
