Collin Thomas is a Senior Software Engineer at Effective People since January 2017, specializing in the design and development of utilities and applications, while also leading the development and customization of ETS products. Previously, Collin served as a Software Engineer at GP Strategies Corporation from January 2013 to January 2017, focusing on system-level analysis and software development for custom IT solutions. Prior roles include Lead LMS Admin and Reporting Specialist for GE Energy, where responsibilities included reporting critical metrics to business leadership, and myLearning Admin, where Collin developed a technical support portal.
