Shaz Zarghami is a seasoned professional with a strong background in business development and venture architecture. Currently serving as a Venture Architect at NIAN Ventures since September 2022, Shaz specializes in fostering entrepreneurship and facilitating investments in high-potential companies within the GCC region. Additional roles include Chief Business Officer (CBO) at both Effect Doctors London and Newborn Skincare, following previous experience as a Business Analyst at Aviense and Business Developer and Market Developer at Yektanet. Shaz is also the founder of Tethys Design. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both obtained from Sharif University of Technology.
