Alana Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational exchange program management and non-profit development. Currently serving as Senior Regional Placement Manager at EF High School Exchange Year since June 2018, Alana leads strategic initiatives to enhance sales, manages national placement campaigns, and coordinates large-scale events involving international stakeholders. Previous roles include Regional Placement Manager and Recruitment Manager, where Alana significantly contributed to logistics, staff management, and diversity initiatives. Alana's background also includes impactful internships in development at the Provincetown Tennessee Williams Theater Festival and campaign management at Smith College, demonstrating strong skills in outreach, team leadership, and project execution.
