Ruzanna Shanoyan currently serves as a Claims Settlement Senior Manager at EFES Insurance since March 2024. Previously, Ruzanna held various roles at INGO ARMENIA Insurance CJSC from October 2017 to February 2024, including Corporate Compensation Service Specialist, Recorting and Control Specialist, and Service Specialist. Ruzanna has also worked as a Manager at Oriflame Cosmetics between April 2012 and August 2015 and briefly as an Assistant to the Secretary General at the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Armenia in 2013. Ruzanna's early experience includes a role as an Organizer at the Legal Clinic in 2011. Ruzanna's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Raw Material and Food Product Expertise from NAUA and a Master's degree in Veterinary Sanitation Expertise and Zoo Hygiene from the same institution, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting obtained between 2020 and 2021.
