Daniel Angelov has a diverse work experience in the field of machine learning and computer vision. Daniel is currently the Co-founder and CTO of Efemarai, a company they co-founded in 2021. Before that, they worked as a Machine Learning Consultant from February 2019 to December 2020, where they offered consultations on bias in datasets and ethical implications of ML algorithms. Daniel also delivered full pipelines for ML systems and worked with various companies in multiple domains.

From 2016 to 2020, Daniel worked as a Research Assistant at The University of Edinburgh, where they were involved in projects related to breast cancer detection and meta learning agents. Daniel completed their studies in 2011, earning a Diploma za Sredno Obrazovanie in the fields of Mathematics, Physics, and Programming. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Reading from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree with a specialization in Robotics. Lastly, from 2015 to 2020, Daniel Angelov attended The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Robotics and Autonomous Systems.
