Talal Fateh is the General Manager at Efectis since September 2016, previously serving as a Scientific Researcher at the University of Ulster from May 2014 to August 2016, where focus was on the experimental and numerical study of thermal decomposition kinetics. Talal has owned extensive research experience starting as a Researcher at CNRS from October 2008 to October 2013, and at ISSBA from November 2013 to May 2014. Prior to research roles, Talal worked as a Shift Supervisor in a petrochemical plant at UJS in Damascus, Syria, overseeing the production of 30,000 tons of LAB annually. Earlier experience includes the role of Production Supervisor at alnama from January 2000 to September 2001. Talal holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Damascus University (1993-1998), multiple Master's degrees including one in Risks and Environment from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar, and a Master of Education from Damascus University.
