Juha Hänninen currently serves as the Product Owner for the Efecte Service Management tool at Efecte Plc, a role held since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing the backlog and aligning product development with business goals using agile methodologies. Previously, Juha functioned as a Product Manager and Junior Product Manager at Efecte, successfully leading the development of Efecte Chat for Service Management. Prior experience includes a Technical Sales Representative position at Dell Technologies and a Technical Presales Consultant role at Micro Focus, following the merger with Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Juha holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Science from the University of Jyväskylä and completed the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Jyväskylän Lyseon lukio.
