Luis Merino has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as Regional Finance Manager at EFCO since September 1997, overseeing the management and financial operations of branches across Mexico, Panama, Venezuela, Argentina, Peru, and Chile. Prior to this role, Luis held the position of Gerente de Administracion y Finanzas at WR Grace from 1989 to 1997. Luis holds a degree in Contador Auditor and a Master's in Finance from Universidad de Chile.
