Luis Baumann has a robust career spanning several leadership roles within the manufacturing and non-profit sectors. Since 2004, Luis has served as Plant Manager at EFCO, contributing to operational excellence. Previously, from 2001 to 2004, Luis held the roles of Inside Sales Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Martin Sprocket & Gear. Luis also worked at Patriot Forge Co. in various positions between 1996 and 2000. In parallel with these positions, Luis has been actively involved with Ayr Minor Soccer since 1996, serving in multiple leadership capacities including president, vice-president, treasurer, and director at large. Luis holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, further complemented by a Dual Program Diploma from the FDR - American School of Lima.
