James Murphy has extensive experience in procurement and customer service, currently serving as a Buyer for Cold Headed Products at EFC International since August 2009, where responsibilities include sourcing and purchasing all Cold Formed products. Prior positions include handling inside sales calls at Industrial Distribution Group, managing a team of data entry associates as a Data Processing Supervisor at Environmental Systems Products, and supporting buyers in order processing and vendor communication at Graybar Electric. James also worked as a Billing Specialist at Von Hoffmann and as a Dock/Office worker at Viking Freight. James holds an Associate's degree in Information Technology from St. Charles Community College and has a background from Platt Junior College and Orchard Farm High School.
