Farshid Ardavani is an experienced executive currently serving as the CEO and Board member at Finnova since October 2023. In addition, Farshid serves as a Board Member at KarYar Institute, a social startup focused on online skill development in programming, web design, and IT training for talented youth with limited access to educational resources. Farshid's extensive professional background includes roles such as Vice President of Marketing and Operations at eFarda Company since September 2012, Business Development Consultant at Paygates Groups from 2010 to 2014, Manager of Merchant Marketing and Operations at Parsian E-Commerce Co. from January 2008 to August 2012, and Head of Strategic Business Planning at IKCO from September 1999 to December 2008. Farshid also held the position of Manager of Strategic Planning at Iran Khodro Investment Development Co. in 2007.
