Pascal Pemha MBA, CEng, PMP is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in process and project engineering across the chemicals, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas sectors. Currently serving as the Process and Project Engineering Lead at Pemspring Energy Solutions since March 2013, Pascal provides agile engineering support throughout project lifecycles including CAPEX project delivery and process efficiency improvements. Previous roles include Principal Engineer at Pemspring Energy Solutions, Senior Process Engineer at ENGIE Fabricom UK, and Senior Project Engineer at Wood, contributing to significant projects in the North Sea. Pascal also leads a start-up venture at Smartsociates, focusing on a community marketplace application. With an MBA from Durham University, an MSc in Petroleum & Refinery Technology, and a BSc in Chemistry/Process Technology, Pascal combines strong technical skills with strategic business acumen.
