Mike Monteiro is an experienced professional with a robust background in people operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at EF Educational Tours since December 2006, Mike has held various roles within the company, including Telecommunications Manager, Office Manager, and Regional Customer Service Manager. Additionally, Mike has been involved with Dialpad as a member of the Customer Advisory Board since April 2018. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bentley University, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and has pursued further education at Vesalius in 2001.
