Rakan Matouq has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rakan began their career as an IT Officer at the Jordan Green Building Council in 2014, where they worked until February 2015. Rakan then joined Blue Kangaroo (aka ChoozOn Corporation) in April 2015 as a Senior Linux System Administrator, where they were responsible for system monitoring, server configurations, and writing automation scripts. Rakan worked at Blue Kangaroo until September 2020.

In 2017, Rakan joined Darts-ip as a Linux System Administrator, where they focused on managing Linux systems and ensuring their functionality. Rakan held this role until September 2020. Following that, they worked at MELEXIS from September 2020 to November 2022 as a Senior DevOps Engineer.

Moving forward, Rakan assumed the position of Chief Technology Officer at Protocloud Solutions in May 2022.
