Herlan Pedron is an experienced Value Stream Manager at Eemax, Inc. since July 2019, overseeing plant operations, production schedules, and continuous improvement initiatives while promoting employee relations and maintaining product quality. Prior to this role, Herlan served as Operations Manager at Edgewell Personal Care, where responsibilities included managing technical resources and leading teams in a multi-shift environment. Herlan's earlier experience as Superintendent in Blade Manufacturing involved managing operations related to razor blade production with a focus on scheduling, logistics, and lean manufacturing principles. Herlan holds an EMBA from the University of New Haven, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University, and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from CT State Norwalk.
