Anthony Fera is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in operations engineering and supervision across various industries, including aerospace and military applications. Currently serving as Operations Engineering Manager at Eemax, Inc., a Rheem Company, since September 2017, Anthony is responsible for manufacturing engineering, root cause analysis of warranty returns, process controls, and vendor relationships. Prior roles include Supervising Test Engineering for the Orion Space Flight Program at UTC Aerospace Systems, where Anthony collaborated with NASA and Lockheed Martin, and working at Pratt & Whitney in process improvements for the F-35 Military Engine Center. Additionally, Anthony held positions with UTC Power Systems, Rexnord, and Ingersoll Rand, and served honorably in the US Navy Submarine Force. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
